Dr. Ami Divatia
Dr. Ami Divatia holds a doctorate in Resource Management from M.S. University of Baroda, earned in 2002. With over 25 years of academic experience in research methodology and related fields, she has taught at numerous reputable universities, institutes, and colleges in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Dr. Divatia has published four books and several articles in national and international journals.
She developed a business case for The Case Centre in 2008-2009. Her work has been presented at national and international seminars in India, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Spain. Dr. Divatia is a visiting faculty member and resource person at prominent institutes. She guides Masters students and participates in Ph.D. review panels. Collaborating with experts across domains, she assists with data management, results interpretation, hypothesis testing, and report writing for governmental and non-governmental projects. She is also an ethics committee member at three different hospitals.
Looking ahead, Dr. Divatia and her team aspire to evaluate and analyze the UNDP's Sustainable Development Goals.
Dr. Subhash Desai
Dr. Subhash Desai is a proficient academician with over 21 years of teaching and 33 years of industry experience in the fields of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Management. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil in Computer Science, with research focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics optimization.
His areas of expertise include AI, ML, Data Mining, NLP, Blockchain, IoT, Algorithms, Networks, Data Security, and Enterprise Systems such as ERP, SCM, and CRM. He has published over 70 research papers, guided seven Ph.D. scholars, and is actively involved in academic leadership roles including Ph.D. supervisor, Board of Studies member, editorial board member, and conference chair.
Dr. Desai has received multiple honours, including Life Time Achievement Awards, Best Doctoral Thesis Award (New Zealand), and a Best Performance Award (China). He has represented India at international forums, including visits to Toronto, Canada, and Rochester University, USA.
Dr. Seema Hariramani
Dr. Seema Hariramani is an accomplished academician with 28 years of teaching experience, primarily serving as an Associate Professor at Shri Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Business Administration for 27 years. A consistent top-ranker and gold medalist, she holds degrees in B.Com, M.Com, MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D., and a Diploma in Marketing Management—all with distinction.
Her expertise spans Management subjects, notably Marketing Management, Strategic Management and Research. She has taught at various Institutes including B.Tech, MBA, CA, and Commerce colleges. Dr. Hariramani has been actively involved with Gujarat University and Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University, contributing significantly to syllabus design and academic administration.
A prolific researcher, she has presented and published widely in national and international platforms. She is also a life member of several academic associations and has excelled in multiple roles such as Research Supervisor, Resource Person, Reviewer, Moderator, Session Chair, Author, Consultant, Mentor, Counsellor, and an Educator. A tech-savvy professional, she is full of curiosity, believes strongly in values, and is passionate about building networks.
Dr. Shipra Gupta
Dr. Shipra Gupta holds a Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapith, along with a master’s degree in social work (specializing in Human Resources) and a Bachelor’s degree in BRTM from the Central University of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Additionally, she has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labor Welfare from the same institution.
Dr. Gupta has published seven research papers, including two in Scopus-indexed journals, one in a UGC-CARE listed journal, and four in conference proceedings. She successfully completed an ICSSR-sponsored research project (valued at ₹10.9 lakh) as Project Director, focusing on the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. She has also served as a coordinator for two national-level workshops sponsored by ICSSR and AICTE.
With a total of 5.5 years of professional experience, Dr. Gupta has spent three years in academia and 2.5 years in the industry.
Worked in CSR at Jindal Power Ltd., focusing on rural development, health, and women's empowerment through Self-Help Groups. Also contributed to social initiatives like RTI awareness programs and environmental campaigns. Her research interests include women empowerment, microfinance, data analysis, social changes, human resource etc.
Dr. Suman Ramapati
Dr. Suman Ramapati holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Commerce from Pandit Deendayal Energy University. With over eight years of academic experience, she brings a deep specialization in finance, with a strong research focus on financial management. Her academic contributions include numerous publications in reputed national and international journals, along with several book chapters.

Dr. Nisha Singh
Dr. Nisha Singh is an emerging scholar in the field of business administration, with a strong commitment to research and teaching that drive sustainable development and social impact. She has served as an Assistant Professor at Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad, and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar. Her core research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), social engagement practices, and their application in mitigating societal challenges.
Currently, her work focuses on the impact of natural hazards on socio-economic systems, the implementation of CSR policies in disaster mitigation, corporate governance, green marketing, and entrepreneurial innovation. Her research trajectory reflects a multidisciplinary approach aimed at fostering a sustainable and resilient future. Dr. Nisha has authored and contributed to several impactful journal manuscripts, with additional work currently in progress.
She has also presented her research at various national and international conferences, gaining recognition for her insights on sustainability and social responsibility. With a passion for using academic research as a catalyst for positive societal change, Dr. Nisha continues to explore innovative solutions that bridge corporate practices with social and environmental needs.
